Sorry, to send my first message before I read your request for an
introduction.  I am the librarian at Empire Health Services and have
been asked by our IBCLC staff to monitor LACTNET for them and pose
questions.  I do this for other departments to give them a feel for
the clinical advantages a good listserv can provide.  Hopefully, they
will be able to justify a personal account in a few months.
