Hi Noriko & all--I was hoping that you might have heard of this --at a
conference I attended once, a breast massage method was alluded to but not
thoroughly explained, except to say that BF mothers in Japan used it and
never became engorged! It was described as "first they pull/press the breast
one way and then the other" showing all four quadrants of the breast to be
massaged. Do you know of such a technique and/or know where to find further
