Do any of you that are hospital based, have a care plan for
clefts that you would be willing to share with us?  Or is anyone aware of
a book that gives guidelines for writing care plans for breastfeeding
babies with challenges?   WE are rewriting our very outdated policies and
would like to glean from those that have already have some of these
policies in place.
