Know a woman who experienced this - sent her this link which she found very useful.. it dissipated in time and she could handle it as it also diminished throughout the course of the feeding, though her experience was more a sense of impending doom or thoughts of something horrible happening to the children or one of her other family members.. with every initial let down.. I can't imagine how that felt for her...
