Thanks for the tips.  I recently had a mom in her 20's prima para who was
eager to BF but with every bfing became very nauseated and this continued
until the feeding ended.  She claimed no other problems, the baby was gaining
well.  She ended up weaning within 6 weeks because she could not stand the
nausea.  I kept wandering if she was sexually abused but could never verify
it.
                                      Next time I'll be better prepared.
