A lot of the moms on the pumping moms list swear by oatmeal as a milk supply
increaser, especially eating a bowl of oatmeal per day, but also say that
other forms such as cookies work too. They have a web page with tips and
tricks and recipes onit, but you have tobe a member to assess it. If anyone
is relaly interested,let me know and I will get permsiision from the list to
post it.
