At mothering.com right now, we are discussing several related topics - the
Wisconsin NBA formula drive & a church drive.  These circumstances come up
so often I think a standard article or response should be prepared to
educate these groups - similar to the emergency guidelines. 

 

I know many lactivists have contacted the Wisconsin NBA club already - they
have added a "we support breastfeeding, but for those who can't, blah blah
blah" disclaimer on their site, but this would not have gone out to those
media outlets to which they sent the initial media release, and they so far
have not changed the 

focus of the event.

the event is this taking place this weekend, so not much time to do anything
about it.

 

The other idea was to ask them to promote a Milk Bank at the same time.
Someone researched the nearest bank would be the Michigan bank, but it is
"in development"  Is that correct?  So the next closest would be Iowa?
