Jennifer,
Breastfeeding will enhance the responce to immunizations relative
to abm feeding. Breastfeeding antibodies are IgA, do not pass
into general circulation. Antibodies from immunization are IgG and
are in the general circulation. Breastfeeding is NOT a substitute
and does NOT negate the need for immunizations.
