Since this is an 8-month old, I would tell her her baby needs more food, and
listen to find out her social and economic circumstances, diet etc. She'd
probably need a social worker to get her on track for a grant of some sort
if she didn't already have one, then I'd advise her on general nutrition,
and to give fresh full cream milk if she doesn't have formula.
