I don't know for certain but I am wondering if there is still high levels of progesterone with this type of pregnancy. I don't have experience with a lactating mother dealing with this but a friend of mine had it and miscarried within a few days. Perhaps this mother can keep up the supply with pumping, frequent removal? I feel bad for her. :( Let us know how it turns out.
