I answer hundreds of breastfeeding questions a month, via email, and at
least half of them are situations like the one Jack brought up of the
mother who never pumped regularly, had no support, and eventually had no
breastfeeding relationship  or milk supply left.

So, that makes it at least 150 of those emails a month...that I have the
privilege of reading and responding to.  Gives one an eye into the dire
situation  re: bf that is currently existent with our system, as it stands.
