I recommend 1 fenugreek capsule 4 times a day.  If it is tolerated well (
one mom had loose stools) then I recommend 5 a day. There is also tea but it
takes a lot to get the desired effect. Usually there is noticable
improvement in 24-48 hours, but mom continues for several days.  I've seen
no decrease in supply upon discontinuing the herb.

It is in health food stores in Milwaukee under the label of Nature's Way.
