Christine,

Some great resources are in the California Perinatal Quality Care
Collaborative Website: www.CPQCC.org. These are written by and for doctors.

Their toolkits are excellent - you may want to print one up that would not
be as controversial - then when they realize the quality of the material
provided, refer them to the two on the nutritional support of the Very Low
Birth Weight infants... Our own Nancy Wight is one of the resources/authors
of these, so it's VERY breastfeeding-friendly.

As many hospitals are working towards quality improvement, their conference
might also be of interest...and often what people learn in conferences isn't
all in the sessions, but also from being exposed to others during meals and
in-between sessions.
