Lisa, I do agree that, unfortunately, many doctors tend to discount any
information that is not written by an MD. For that reason I like to quote
MDs who are knowledgeable about breastfeeding - Ruth Lawrence comes to mind.
If seeing information written in medicalese rather than plain English works,
that's fine with me. We meet the moms where *they* are, so why not do the
same for the docs?
