Thank you for this interesting thread.  I sometimes reference the cost of HBM at our milk bank to highlight the value of mom's milk.  And I thought our milk bank was expensive!
This is the purchasing catalogue for Canada's only milk bank (I believe that's the latest, though I know people are hard at work to change the "only" part!):

On page 8, it lists banked human milk for 2.50/2 oz.
Apparently that's a really good deal!
