Hi Dana. I would refer you to the work of Dr. Ruth Lawrence, in her book
BF: A Guide for the Medical Profession, 2000, as a reference for the
questions about breastmilk composition that you pose.

Having this reference is a good idea for all professionals.

You could also do a MedLine search for this information as well, which
would turn up recent research articles. The National Library of Medicine
hosts such a search service, and there are others.
