Thank you so very much for all the kind responses.  This  mom does have a 5 
yr old daughter and the premature baby's birth was not due to  her hormonal 
issues.  She had a history of preterm labor and was on  terbutaline.  She had 
kidney stones and the doctor opted to put a stint in  her ureters and this 
started a labor that could not be stopped.  It is a  very sad situation and was most 
unfortunate.  Hopefully one that won't be  repeated with another pregnancy.  
She is a strong woman and looks forward  to breastfeeding the new baby.  She 
was just alarmed when she read the  Clomid literature that stated would lower 
milk supply.  Thank you for  giving me good info to pass on to her.  I will 
keep you updated on her  case.
