Hi fellow LNers: I survived yet another major surgery and am now home
recuperating. For those who wondered, it IS most definitely possible to
continue to bf after a total hysterectomy (among two three other reasons for
surgery). My toddler never missed a beat (or should I say drop?) If anyone
NEEDS my input on anything, please email me privately as I am 30 digests
behind (4 days in the hospital will do that). I'm happy to help if you need
a "supplement" to the vast knowledge found in our talented online group.
BTW, thanks to all who took the time to respond to my RBRVS (Resource Based
Relative Value Scale/System) query. I will be presenting it, along with the
statistcal analysis of the fee survey at ILCA in July. If I do say so
myself, it should be very interesting given what the aggregated data show
already.
Warmly,
Chris Hafner-Eaton, PhD, MPH, CHES, IBCLC [log in to unmask]
