I don't have the answer to the above but do have a question along those 
lines.
My hospital uses tylenol post circ for pain management. Dr. Hale gave grand 
rounds at our hospital last week (great!) and in passing happened to mention 
the increased gut permeability of the newborn, particularly in the first few 
days -week. This got me thinking about the ramifications of tylenol use in this 
critical period of gut "growth". I think that this has been discussed in the 
past but I'm wondering again what others think.
