When Barbara Wilson-Clay did a presentation in September, I remember her
mentioning that moms with severe edema in their ankles and feet do tend to
have delayed milk production.  She likes to say that "The mom's milk is in
her ankles," because as the mom's edema dissipates, her milk starts to flow
normally.  She recommended lots of watermelon as a natural diuretic.
