I just wanted to thank all of you who have answered my post, I am overwhelmed.
I will make use of the ideas you all have sent me, and the different formats - so many
interesting ways to say the same things, it is difficult to choose. I will post the result
of my maxmix on Lactnet in case it is useful for anyone.
