Here is my short review which is far better than the review just published on domperidone in the JHL article:95% of article appears to support its use, and then just one paragraph in the Conclusion covers all of the cardiac studies, and the authors conclude that its use is "worrisome".
To me, it is biased data in = biased conclusion out.
How could JHL let this article in its final form get through to be published?
Then again, what else could we expect from four breastfeeding naïve PharmDs (aka, pharmacists)?
I am saddened and frustrated that pharmacists can produce and then have articles published like this.
