Whatever the cause it will continue if the mother does not tell the baby to
stop through whichever way she thinks appropriate. My own son only stopped
when he was tolda firm no and then taken from the breast for only 30
seconds to a minute. Although some babies will have a "strike" it seems
this mother is at a critical point. Others recommend holding their nose,
etc. Also is the baby getting mad that milk is slower coming, possibly
massaging the breast first may help for let down since it is only at the
start of a feed.
