I don't know how many of you knew Mary Rose Tulley, although certainly she was a very bright luminary in the lactation world of North Carolina and the HMBANA.  She passed away yesterday January 20th with family at her bedside.  More information can be found at

including information on a memorial fund that will go to promote graduate education on breastfeeding at UNC School of Public Health.
Sorry to share such sad news in such an impersonal way, but I suspect that many of the Lactnet community were touched by Mary Rose's wise and wonderful ways.
