What about the *lack* of mention of maternal melanoma as contraindicating
breastfeeding in Dr. Ruth Lawrence's chapter, "When Not to Breastfeed: HIV
and Other Infections," in Breastfeeding Annual International 2001? It's
published by Playtpus Media and edited by Dia Michels. The chapter covers
more situations than just infections.
