A mother in my private practice has been suffering with what looks like
yeast on her nipples after her baby clearly had thrush in his mouth. Baby
looks clear after Gentian Violet and oral Nystatin. Mother used Gentian
Violet and several weeks of Diflucan 200/100. Her OB believes she still has
yeast but will not renew her Diflucan prescription. The OB wants her to go
to a health food store for a product call Candidaease. I'm not certain of
the spelling and have no information on this product. Could someoneone
enlighten me?
