I was looking up a drug in the above mentioned book and discovered that my
copy is missing pages 625 to 656. I will be contacting PharmaSoft about this
but wanted to give anyone who has purchased a copy of the 2004 edition the
head's up. Our company purchased six copies and two had the missing pages.
