Jay, you mentioned getting small amount of milk from opposite breast.  Did
you try pumping simultaneously while nursing baby?  That sometimes helps with
let-down. Also, if you are primarily nursing on one breast per feeding, it
does NOT follow that you have equal amount of milk in the opposite breast at
the same time.  I have noticed mothers pumping doubly at work who nurse only
one side at home will have at one session a greater supply and at the next
session, a greater supply on the opposite breast.  This seems logical with
one sided nursing.  Else, mother would be bursting between feedings, right?
 Remember Peter Hartmann's work about production rates and storage and it all
makes perfect sense.
