Here in Massachusetts, I know that (at least) the Brockton, Mass. WIC office
has materials in several languages, including Vietnamese (a LLL Leader in my
Chapter is the LC for Brockton WIC).  So, I would suggest that you contact
your local WIC office.  In the meantime, I will give my leader friend a call
or email her to see if she has a source for these materials (U.S.
Government, State WIC office?).
