To those lactnetters wanting now to try hops again. Think twice. Humulus
lupulus -hops does increase milk supply and relaxes the mom as well. But it
is also a CNS depressant, and should not be given to women with a history of
clinical depression, it will exacerbate the symptoms and possibly cause a
further deeper depression.
