Then does it behoove us as LCs not to make any comments to the mom about
what may or may not be a problem?  Should we just use the best breastfeeding
management possible and if that does not succeed, then deal with what might
be a problem?  In that way, we would avoid worrying the mom unnecessarily
and undermining her confidence.  Other subscribers have alluded to that
about other issues, such as PCOS, premies, lack of breast change during
pregnancy, etc.
