It has hit the news wires that studies are showing that more parents are sleeping with their babies.  However, the articles I've seen from in a couple of different papers all have the same message.  Take for example the headline for this article in my local paper, which said, "Study" More parents
imperil infants by sharing bed.  Nowhere does it say that statistics have found a coinciding rise in deaths related to bed sharing.  If you want to read the article in my local paper, here's the link;

This is word for word, the article I read on MSNBC's website.  I spoke to James McKenna about the article and he told me he was interviewed for the article the New York Times did on this research.  Here's the link:

I guess the good news is that, despite the dire warnings against bed-sharing, more parents are either doing it or admitting that they're doing it!
