Hi everyone!  While I am most interested in documentation for claims that epidurals do or do not affect breastfeeding (in my hospital they don't seem to make any difference, we just assume every mother can breastfeed and guess what? They nearly always can), I don't see what the current exchange of opinions on how women choose epidurals has to do with Lactnet.  I would be happy to exchange private e-mails with anyone wanting more info on how we "manage" BF with regard to maternal analgesia in labor or after CS.
