A mom I am supporting called in a panic. her milk supply plummeted and she discovered it was likely a result of taking Sudafed. I don't actually know anyone who's taken it while BF because the risks are so well documented. She wanted to take Moringa and Goat's Rue because it helped her supply before. Anyone have any ideas or info about recovering from sudafed? does it knock down supply permanently?
