I've had some MOT (that's mostly who I work with) that had to keep alternating galactogogues. One would kind of "poop" out, including Domperidone or Reglan, and the mom would switch to another and then switch to another and then switch to another or back to the first. Can't explain why this was so, just seemed to help some of them. (Always the BF/lactation management was looked at first.)

If baby is consistently sleeping several hours and there is no milk removal, I'm thinking that for this dyad that could be a significant bit of data...Also, this development seems to coincide with change you noted in baby's BF behavior at the support group meeting.
