So I think I posted before introducing myself as I did not check emails before posting to discover the proper order of events-please forgive! 
My name is Sandy Hill-I am an RNC, BSN, IBCLC from Southern California. I have been an IBCLC for a year now and use it primarily in my practice as an L/D nurse and assisting with lactation in postpartum, in a relatively small, but mighty, community hospital. I have been reading posts for awhile and am so grateful for all of the wonderful communication and sharing that happens here-thank you!!
