>Subject: Help Help Help Low Milk Supply

1. Is she relaxed? Emotional stress could be a problem. Try having her
relax in
bed with baby before and during nursing. Also, a SMALL amount of alcohol, like
a half glass of beer, might help relaxation.
2. Is she pushing fluids?
3. Has she tried increasing frequency and duration of nursing? Staying in bed
with baby and nursing every hour might build her milk supply by keeping
prolactin
levels up.
