I am a private practice lactation counselor.  I was told by another
consultant that there is a "new" protocol for mom wanting to induce lactation
using provera to "prepare the breast" hormonally, she said she heard about it
through ILCA folks, does anyone know of such a protocol.  If so please email
me privately.  I have the latest editions of Breastfeeding and Human
Lactation and Ruth Lawrence's Breastfeeding and the Medical Profession.  I
did not find such a protocol.
