Melissa,
There is a wonderful iron supplement available in health food stores named
Floradix Iron + Herbs. It supposedly makes the iron more bioavailable. I took
it when I was pregnant and it really helped me feel good again after being
"no energy" for 4 months. Maybe someone on the list would know if this is
safe for breastfeeding.
