hi all-
   somebody was concerned about exposure to phenol....I was studying
anatomy/physiology at the time that I was breastfeeding my daughter.  When I
expressed concerns to the lab professors about these kind of chemicals getting
into my milk, it was suggested to me to use a respirator mask...(which i did).
It was somewhat uncomfortable, but I did feel better knowing that less
chemicals were getting into my body....and my milk! Cost was around $25...?
