That's interesting information about the 'dominant hand' hold which Jan
('Guilty' of Wheaton) discussed. I hadn't heard that before and it's
certainly worth exploring. What you're saying Jan is that the woman who is
right handed attach in the cross cradle for the left breast and the 'under
the arm' for the right breast? Yes? I'll give it a go - though I'm not
usually a fan of 'under the arm' for reasons discussed by other posters on
this topic.

My bug-bear is when women are told to 'change the position' at every feed
when they have sore nipples so that the 'pressure' is changed on the nipple
or some other such twaddle! I say if she can latch in one position
properly then let's not confuse her by trying to teach half a dozen
positions which she undoubtably will find confusing and *not latch well in*
consequently making the situation worse!!!!
