HI EVERYONE,
    Well I did it, I am now the new Lactation Consultant at our local hospital.  My Lactation department consists of me.  I would love to hear from LC's who have started their own department,  why reinvent the wheel!  I have lists all over the place, we have 2 pumps and no set-ups for a mom to use.  The nurses seem all happy to see me, they know there is a problem but haven't been able to get done.  I'm a little overwhelmed but I'm trying to get things organized into something great.
    I've  just set myself to mail again, things have been hopping but I really miss my lactnet!
