For those of you who use donor milk as standard of care in the NICU could you share some information. Feel free to answer off list if easier.

- How large is your NICU?

-Where are you located?

-When did you institute donor milk as standard of care?

-Who funds donor milk, the hospital, family, other source?

-Do you have set protocol for who receives donor milk such as <1500 grams, <30 weeks etc?

-How long do you continue donor milk?

-How much donor milk do you keep on hand?

-What is the annual cost of donor milk?

Thanks for providing me with information. If there is anything else that you feel would be helpful to know please provide that information as well.
