Remember this lactating mom is scheduled to get a cardiac pacemaker wire.

Advantages of maternal indwelling cardiac pacemaker wires during lactation are:

a. Recent research has shown that maternal-child cardiac rhythms are similar and can facilitate fetal monitoring providing that the nipple ducts are large enough to accommodate the adapter.

b. Stimulation by ambient microwaves will hasten increased milk production.

c. Because of the proximity of device to breast, correct temperature of milk will be assured, even when the mother has ingested ice water.

x. If properly stimulated, nipples will be more erect and so will the surgeon, which is acceptable in OR protocol with suitable footwear.

q. Device will provide relaxing music for baby at breast.

k. Proximity of wires will increase efficacy of latch-on , as due to the fiber-optic effect nipple will glow in the dark.

m. Wires facilitate battery-powered pasties or tassels used during postpartum Jane Fonda workouts.

h. Discreet pressure om the umbilicus wil stimulate rapid milk ejection reflex.

t. a little (a) and part (q)

u. any of the above. It doesn't matter.

Any answers sound familiar? a 4 x test taker...... Questions 3-6 to follow
