I don't know if this information is useful to any Lactnetters at all, but I
got this off another list.  People have questioned whether or not Karo syrup
falls into the same category as honey wrt giving to babies.  I didn't know
the definitive answer on this (though I suspected it was OK), so thought
there might be another one or two out there that didn't know either.
