35 yo gr 3, states that she BRF 1st babe 12 mo with the aid of SNS, 2nd
babe nursed for 6 mo before weaning himself due to "not enough milk".
Saw babe #3 at 4 d in home.  B.W. down 7%, babe has heart shaped tongue,
frenulum clipped prior to hosp d/c.  He was capable of getting tongue
over lower gum.  Mom VERY anxious.  Saw babe again yesterday, wt had
increased 2.8 oz in 3 days.  Jaundice decreased, babe without signs of
dehydration, seems satisfied, nurses eagerly.  Test weight up 18 gms,
still trans stools, no crystals.  Mom cont anxious.  She freq mentions
friends that home school, home birth, and are LLL.  I'm beginning to
wonder if she is BRF only because she'd feel guilty otherwise.  They see
MD in 1 wk.  Mom will cont no bottles, BRF ad lib, pumping with double
piston to increase supply.  She plans to take Fenugreek - ?dosage?

Any suggestions appreciated.
