I am a LLL leader living in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada. My greetings go
out to fellow Ontarian Jack Newman. You are highly regarded by both
breastfeeding woman and those assisting breastfeeding woman in my area.
Thank you for being available to us.

I have been contacted by email by a woman who is pregnant at the moment and
is taking a high blood pressure mediation called Novo-Medopa. She is
taking it 3 times a day at 250 mgs each. She will continue to take it
after the baby is born and has been told that she can't breastfeed while on
this medication. Surely if she can take it while pregnant, she can also
take it while nursing? Could someone send an answer to me privately as I
am not always able to keep up with the list. Thanks.
