Hi Seema,

The best videos I know of are the set "Kangaroo Mother Care:
Rediscover the Natural Way to Care for Your Newborn Baby" (for
parents) and "Kangaroo Mother Care: Restoring the Original Paradigm
for Infant Care and Breastfeeding" (for professionals) by Nils and Jill
Bergman.

The videos or the DVD (with both on it) can be bought from Kitty Frantz
at www.geddesproduction.com The cover photos aren't that great, but
what is on the videos is! (The cover of the first one is different in the
rest of the world, but had to be changed in the USA version, because it
showed a fair-skinned woman with her nipple exposed, and apparently
that wasn't okay in the USA!) :(

By the way, you can also read reviews of the videos in the "links"
section, and find studies in the "files" section at:
health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Kangaroo-Mother-Care

Good luck and hope this helps.
Best,
Pat
