I am working with a mom who, with first baby and now with 3 week old, has
severe dryness after lochia stops. It is even painful to walk, as her labia
rubs. She said that with first baby she had the pain until the baby was
eating a lot of solid foods--6-7 months. She didn't resume menstruating
until 1 year, but the dryness stopped earlier than that.

She wants to know what she could use on a daily basis to relieve it,
or,better, what she can do to prevent it. She's concerned that some of the
gels that are for intercourse might not be good on a daily basis.

Any ideas?
