Could someone recommend a professional to work with a mom whose 11 week old
has a posterior tongue tie in SW VA/NE TN?  I have exhausted my resources
(which are pathetically lacking here).  Baby was still at birth weight at
4WEEKS.  Mom is now almost exclusively bottle feeding due to no gaining at
breast as well as extreme nipple trauma. Baby has been seen and clipped once
by ENT and has been seen  by a pediatric surgeon who mom states doesn't see
an issue but is talking to an OT to see if there are "some exercises" she
can do.  This is a very motivated mom willing to travel but with very
limited funds.
